What city do you represent?

Chicago, IL


How has being where you are from influenced your music and career?

I grew up on the west side in this neighborhood called K-Town. Listening to my mom old records I fell in love with music. Growing up in Chicago my experiences definitely changed my approach to music. I was hurting and I needed a outlet.


How would you describe the music that you typically create?

I have this crazy range. I can go from Hip Hop to Country. I’m an artist. I love singing. I love R&B, Gospel, & Rock


What is your creative process like before and during the studio?

I’m always writing songs. I’m usually telling a story when I put these songs together. It’s like i can see the music. The story plays in my head and I just put it on paper

Who are some of your biggest influencers or favorite rappers in the music industry?

Man look if we talking vocals Beyoncé, Brandy. Chris Brown runs are insane. Of course there’s you know Toni, Mariah, Whitney. When it come to rap Jay, nicki, drake, durk, and juice. It’s a lot of artists from my city too that’s influence me in a way, IL Will, g herbo, Bibby it’s so many.


If you could work with any artist in the world (dead or alive), who would it be and why?

Beyoncé


If you could change anything about the industry, what would it be?

The politics of it.

Do you feel the Internet/Social Media has impacted the music business for indie artists such as yourself?

There are pros and cons. It’s easier to get music out but a lot of these singles burn out. People are invested in drama it’s sad but that what’s sells. I’m a private person but sometimes I have to be on social media a lot more than I want to be.2

Tell us about your recent release and what inspired you to create such a masterpiece?

My new single Stan inspired by Eminem. This is a letter to my younger self. When I was younger I didn’t love myself. It took me a long time. It’s still a fight.

Do you have any future projects you are currently working on at the moment?

I’m always working. I’m branching into acting as well.

Tell us something you love to do and admire besides being a musician and entertainer?

I love being around family. I mean being around genuine people.

What’s next for you as a hip-hop artist and entrepreneur in 2022 and beyond?

BET AWARDS, XXL, GRAMMYS I’m speaking it into existence
