Toronto’s Blazewun Releases Remix of “As The World Keeps Turning” Ft. Rene Daze, with Production by KNG Bondalero

Toronto-based artist Blazewun has released a brand-new remix of his track “As The World Keeps Turning,” featuring vocals from Rene Daze and production by fellow Toronto native KNG Bondalero. The remix officially dropped on April 11, 2025, and is now available on all major streaming platforms.

Originally released on March 22, 2025, “As The World Keeps Turning” was produced by Jay the Assassin and showcased Blazewun’s lyrical reflections on life’s constant motion. The newly released remix introduces an entirely fresh instrumental from KNG Bondalero and a melodic feature from Rene Daze, who adds harmony-rich vocals to the hook. The updated version builds on the original’s introspective tone, offering a deeper emotional layer and a more textured soundscape.

Blazewun — born Steven Medeiros Cordeiro in Brampton, Ontario — has been producing and rapping with a classic, old-school-inspired style for years. Beyond music, he’s worked in the film industry since 2011 and joined the largest film/television and stage union in the world in 2016. While music remains part of his creative expression, his focus today is split between filmmaking, family life, and raising his five children alongside his wife.
