Upcoming Houston Artist Lee Adrian Drops New Remix Mixtape

Lee Adrian is a hip-hop/ trap artist and songwriter from Houston, Texas. Just last year, Rolling Out Magazine described him as, “elevating the art of storytelling in Hip-Hop.” Throughout his music career, he’s opened up for top industry artists like 21 Savage, Lil Baby, Lil Durk, and even collaborated with Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta‘s Jhonni Blaze on his groundbreaking single, “Hollywood.”

As of July 22, 2020, Lee Adrian will be dropping a politically conscious project with remixes to Meek Mill’s “Otherside of America, Jack Harlow’s “What’s Poppin'”, Lil Baby’s ‘The Bigger Picture”, and J. Cole’s “Snow On Tha Bluff.”

With the current social-economic climate, this project will help add to the conversation surrounding the Black Lives Matter Movement in America. Not only will it shed light on systemic racism and police brutality, but it will also educate the masses on the different traps in the system and educate on ways to obtain financial freedom with his witty lines and confident flow. Although his freestyle to Jack Harlow’s “What’s Poppin'” is more for the ladies, Lee Adrian still finds ways to bring awareness to the current world pandemic due to COVID-19.

With a couple of singles and an official project on the way, listeners will get a taste for what’s to come.

“In All Seriousness”, is available to stream on SoundCloud.

“I wrote this project to shed light in the darkest time. Being on the front line protesting for a change, I found the motivation to write about it. I don’t want to be considered a conscious rapper but in today’s time sometimes a clear message about police brutality and overall being black in America needs to be put on wax.” In his freestyle to, “Otherside of America Freestyle” he says, “If the roles were switched/ What is the problem/ What did we do/ How would like it, if it was on you/ Let me be real, how would you feel/ If we threaten your very existence to live.”

“I say why do we have to fight to be considered equal? Until we see real change we will continue to break the chains. We don’t that we’re better, we just know that we matter.” – Lee Adrian
